1. Applicants must be previous customers. 

2. Social Media Requirements: Affiliates must have a minimum of 1,200 followers on Instagram and/or TikTok, be moderately active on social media, and have public social media accounts.

3. Citizenship: Ambassadors must be a citizen of the United States or Canada.

4. Acceptance: Our internal team will have the final say when it comes to accepting new ambassadors. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

5. Ambassador Levels: Each new member will begin at the Entry Level. This initial tier is for affiliates who have sold less than $500 with their code. Individuals in this tier will earn a 1% commission. Once individuals surpass the $500 benchmark, they will move up to the "Professional" tier, where they will earn a 3% commission on sales made using their affiliate code. Lastly, once the  previous requirements have been met, ambassadors will move up to our third and final tier, "Legend." Ambassadors will earn a 5% commission at this level. 

Parental consent is required for applicants younger than 18 years of age. 

By joining the Rodeo Mart Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions. At Rodeo Mart, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our affiliates and their sensitive information. We have outlined our policies and procedures below to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal information:

Collection of Information:

We collect personal information, such as name, email address, PayPal information, and other necessary information from ambassadors to carry out program activities. We will only collect information that is necessary for the operation of the program and will not collect more information than is required.

Use of Information:

All sensitive information will be kept private between the affiliate and Rodeo Mart. We will not share or sell your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or with your express consent. Rodeo Mart will repost any/all suitable content that they are tagged in on social media. In return, each affiliate will be tagged in all content that was submitted by them.

Payment and PayPal Information:

Affiliates are asked to share their PayPal information to get paid. Payment will be sent on the last workday of each month, if the affiliate exceeds $10 in earned commission. We take the security of your PayPal information seriously and will only use it to process payments for the Rodeo Mart Affiliate Program. We will not store your PayPal information on our servers, and it will only be used for the purpose of paying you for your work.

Security:

We take the security of your personal information seriously and have implemented measures to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure of your personal information. Each affiliate will have their own login to access their dashboard, which includes progress, payments, etc.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage you to check this page regularly to stay up-to-date with any changes. By continuing to participate in the program, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the updated Privacy Policy.
